Join our first labor and birth preparation course! This class will be every Wednesday from 6PM to 9PM from June 21 to July 12. This class is best started in your late second or early third trimester. We will limit each class to 6 pregnant people with their labor support person. It will be held in the Centering Building behind Carteret OBGYN.

Classes will discuss the labor process, techniques for coping with discomfort in labor, and decision making.
