This class will be a one day class, and is best taken in your late second or early third trimester. We will limit each class to 6 pregnant people with their labor support person. It will be held in the Centering Building behind Carteret OBGYN.

Classes will discuss the labor process, techniques for coping with discomfort in labor, and decision making.
