This class will be Saturday, November 4. If the material isn’t covered on Saturday, we can meet again on Sunday to finish. This class is best started in your late second or early third trimester. We will limit each class to 6 pregnant people with their labor support person. It will be held in the Centering Building behind Carteret OBGYN.

Classes will discuss the labor process, techniques for coping with discomfort in labor, and decision making.
